Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) to ensure a smooth checkout process. Additionally, PayPal is available for quicker and more convenient transactions, making your shopping experience seamless.


Refund, Return, & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.


Returns

We accept returns for items shipped by us only if they are faulty due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged items).

  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@dazatrix.com.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the arrival date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notification about the status of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

If You Haven’t Received Your Refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note:

  • A management, processing, and transaction fee of 1.5% of your total order value applies to cancellations.
  • Full refunds are only applicable for switching orders.

If you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a 100% refund.
